Publication of a joint study including FernUniverisität Hagen and Universität Hamburg in the journal "Psychological Science"

Racist incidents at police checks continue to produce headlines around the world. A research team from the University of Hamburg, Department of Social Psychology and the FernUniversität Hagen have now specifically examined the social context of police action. Connections between the prejudices of the local population and police work became obvious.
In cooperation with the FernUniversität Hagen, a study on the subject of traffic controls and racist prejudice in the respective region (USA) was published in the renowned expert journal “Psychological Science”.
